PARALLEL ANALYSIS OF EARLIER AND EXISTING LOW
SALVATIONS IN VIEW OF PROCESSING AND EXAMINING
PRINCIPLE IN LAW SUIT OF SERBIA

Processing and examining principle present methodical principles which
serve to gather process material. These principals are relating to initiative in a
view on gathering of factual and proved material that could make possible to court
forming base for salvation of conflict that is cause of law case. Processing reforms
brought to vary these principles, till their adoption, abandoning, and again adop-
tion and all of that in relatively short time periods. Reform like that clenched our
lawsuit acts what can be claimed trough comparison of regulations included in the
Laws about lawsuit from 1977, 2004 and from the newest Law about lawsuit that
applied from 1. 2. 2012.
