A DILEMMA AGAIN: TO STAY OR TO LEAVE

Every story of this 2020 has started with the explanation due to the
pandemic, the working conditions have been narrowed and it has not been
possible to organize any activity in an ordinary way. “A new reality’ has
followed, as many named it, but it has not been real to anyone, on the
contrary, we have been all waiting for the old one, the used and true reality.
In this „new reality“ a fog has covered the reality, and what has taken in
our tradition a special place-hand shaking, gathering, mutual celebrating
of special days-has become a topic of our hoping and remembrance with
longing.
As the editorial office, we have thought for this, 43 issue of Novi
Pazar Collection Book to devote to the pandemic caused by the Covid virus,
but still, in the end, we have decided to work the ordinary way, if someone
sends a paper to us to this topic, we shall definitely accept and reconsider it,
but anyhow not to emphasise it in writing, and especially, not to devote the
entire issue to this topic. And we are happy for deciding so. For this issue,
a huge number of papers have arrived. We have received new associates
and also papers from the areas not been written on in our Collection Book.
The reviwers and editorial office have chosen the ones you can read in the
following pages, but not a single one has arrived for the topic of Covid 19,
the pandemic caused by it, in any way, has been mentioned in their papers.
The conclusion is really clear, people want to return to the normal life as
soon as possible, and all bad that has been a part of our life in the previous
year, to leave behind them. We have acted correctly, and perhaps, for a future
issue, the life analyse shall arrive to us and different life conditions due to
the pandemic. It could be heard from experienced people for these events do
change our reality, but neither education, health care, nor any other social
obligation and activity shall ever be the same again. The reform has been
caused and it shall be obligatory one.
