THE GRAVESTONES FROM XVI UNTIL XVII CENTURY
IN NOVI PAZAR
Abstract: The researches until the present day prove for the gravestones of
Novi Pazar to be a huge cultural historical treasure. A lot of numerous great authors
did and wrote on them, and described them in numerous books and magazines.
However, no one except Mujezinovic, did not draw the attention on the oldest
gravestones in the town. On the other side, we dealt with the oldest gravestones of
this town and explained them with the other gravestone monuments and encloses.
